Ils font monter le taux de sucre dans le sang lentement, c\u2019est pourquoi on parle de sucres lents par opposition aux sucres rapides.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n C\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes<\/p>\n <\/p>\n L\u00e9gumes secs (lentilles, pois, haricots, f\u00e8ves \u2026).<\/p>\n Par contre, le cerveau n\u2019aime pas les sucres rapides<\/strong> ni les aliments \u00e0 indice glyc\u00e9mique haut comme les g\u00e2teaux ou les sucreries.
